• Europcar Chile will not be responsible for the reversed amount if at the time of return the credit card or current account with which the rental was prepaid is no longer valid or if the account was closed.

• For prepaid reservations by international debit card, the refund will be made through a transfer in which the client will have to assume the necessary operation costs. The operation cost will vary according to the country and the exchange rate of the current month.
